Curvy mom it's importNt to look toward only one small piece of this journey right now. From all I've read wat we put in our mouths is the most important. So good nutrition and healthy liquid. Water anyone??

often we must take one thing at a time (that's how it is for me anyway)to get under our belts, bust lines at a time to build on. My food has been shakin out overall on myfitday in the biggest areas. I need to fine tune that. I'm not quiet ready for that tho I do realize it's more than likely #1.
Wat I have been doing tho is doing my pt 2 x's a day and that's helping a lot in ways that keep me better on track. Nsv non scale victories is what we refer to them as.

Hubby buys full size candy bars and while I may have one I will limit it to that!! Did I mention they are my favs!! I will make sure he puts rest away to take to dd this weekend if ant left.

Lunch is going to be early around 10:30 or eleven.
I went grocery shopping yesterday n actually bought Brussels sprouts.
Will have a salad w carrots tomatoe romaine cuc and colored peppers
Light salad dressing strawberries and sml serving of mixed nuts
1 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese or less
Dinner: guac hamb n refried beans in a corn tortilla with onion tomato lettuce a few blk olives n a but of Mexican cheese
