Brkfst:: peach sml
Lunch: chicken tortilla soup too Judy. Lol. I also had a lunch size margherita bowl from Chilis I didn't even have a fourth of the bowl
7'chips and salsa
Snack one iced venti cinnamon dolce skinny
Dinner: dark greens salad 2 strawberries 4-6 pieces apple a few blueberries 1/2 servings of the berry balsamic dressing
1 meatball. 1/2 of French bread bun spaghetti 3/4 c wheat and another meatball with sauce
snack: cantaloupe, peach dinner: big green salad, carrots, red onion, strawberries, bb, apple pieces I never do eat a lot of dressing but it will be their lo cal raspberry balsamic vinergerette diet dr pepper
Sorry I've been hit and miss but have had so much going on. We were going to go to a brunch today (the nicest in town I think) and i'm glad we're not!!!! To much food to eat!!
I have been maintaining weight and actually did get down to low earlier this week. Had a dinner that I don't normally have last night at cheesecake. Like I said earlier i'm only going to weigh 2 times a week. Because its veggie and fruit season I'm eating lots of good rainbows!!

lunch English cuc, basil, tomato, red onion salad with basil evoo and red vinegar limited on the oil
