YOUR In my prayers my dear. Nothing like going to find out what might be wrong, and they spring on you some new college kids learning, wanting to watch and learn too. The last pap smear I had, cute guy about 24, wanted to see the whole pap, and breast exam, I thought WONDERFUL...LOL, I just never looked him in the eye, and pretended he was not there, to avoid embarrassment. I know they got to learn, but man!!
yeah I hate to say it, but short of raising your own cattle, and keeping a green house, it is hard to find fresh anything. We do have a seasonal flea market you can buy fresh butter, eggs, and produce, but not meats. A lot of folks here kill there on beef and hogs and have them processed, but you got to have big freezers. I have a close friend she processes a lot of deer. I use to as well. Wild game is really great for you as well.
I get frustrated also when I see this and that and it is suppose to be good for you and all you got to do is flip it over and read the label, and it is WOW>>WOW>>>and WOW! No wonder we are all dying early.
I like junk like Kathy but want just limited amounts. Food should be fuel for our body for sure. StephanieView Thread
I was thinking. I bet I have my first NSV this coming week due to my sinus infection, I have not been doing the harder exercise. But I thought this would be a good option for our scales. They need to learn to show us what we want...LOL...target practice was my first thought....may be I do need anger management after all!!
Right now I can just open the door and scream! It does help! I was walking with my teen and her boyfriend last night and we was taking turns screaming as loud as we could at the park, that felt great! Then we ate chilli and went to the movie Angry Birds! It was SILLY!!! I want give a way the ending it was pretty good!
KIM? I think it depends on your leg length and stride. I may walk the block, it's a half mile, and count mine as a walk and see what I end up with and wear his o-meter thing and see if it looks accurate or at least close.
