My Story:
My story is I just woke up one day and decided I was tired of being fat. I got tired of wishing that I was skinny girl. Like when I would go to the store or to work I would see a girl that was skinny and I would be like I wish I could look like that. I finally realized that I had to do something about it. I joined Web MD and got a lot info from a lot of really nice people that helped me along my journey. When I first started in 12/2007 I weighed 250lbs. I now wiegh 143. I am still working on losing 13 more pounds. It took me a little longer to lose it than most because I wasn't willing to give up certain things. I eventually realized in order to get where I wanted to be I would have to. I can say now that I feel so much better about myself and most of the time when I see those foods that I wasn't willing to give up, I say to myself that I don't need you. It doesn't always work but hey we all have faults and you are going to make mistakes all the time. The key is to pick up where you left off and keep going.

I weigh 141 this week. 11 more pounds to go to my goal weight.

Update 4/18/10

I weigh 137 this week. 7 more pounds to go to my goal weight.

Update 5/2/10

I weigh 136 this week. 6 more pounds to go to my goal weight.

Update 5/9/10

I weigh 133 this week. 3 more pounds to go to my goal weight.

Update 5/27/10

I reached past my goal weight of 130. I weighed at 129 today. I've lost a total of 121.
