Tomatoes for dinner , tonight I sliced some of those gems up from my garden ( yes I am still gardening Judy ) put a smidge of mozzarella on each one, topped with a basil leaf. Broiled under the broiler in the oven, what a nice treat and also had two ears of corn on the cob with that,,,,,
Lunch was a tomato sandwich, toasted wheat bread, nice juicy slice of tomato, with some spin blend on it..a couple of my homemade pickle slices on the side...Yummo
Breakfast was a couple of slices of toast, wheat of course...a cup of coffee
snacks today, was a ice cream sandwich and 25 cheese it crackers...
all in all, 1171 cals..no nutrition numbers however...
Breakfast glass of green tea,no sugar wedge of cantaloupe
Lunch sub bun 3 oz turkey breast 3 leafs of curly lettuce one oz of cheddar cheese one whole tomato diet coke
Dinner I made some awesome homemade carrot soup... Had about a cup and half of that
3 slices of of buffalo chix pizza, had chix, mushroom, red peppers julianned, onion ( was frozen I doctored it up) A high calorie choice tho...660 cals for those 3 slices!
btw I blew it last night, had a medium soft serve choc ice cream cone, and a half oz of cheese, and 10 cherry tomatoes after my dfj for yesterday..HOWever...thinking I didnt blow my calorie limit by much, the day was around 1600-1700 calories including the extras..
Judy, Wow that is one expensive stove..I got a new one about a year ago..It is a glass top which I love...thing works great!! It is a Frigidaire...paid 900 bucks for it...I love not having those damn burners to clean under any more!View Thread

Here goes... Breakfast Piece of home made banana bread, regular size not humongous...LOL cup of decaf coffee
Lunch 8 saltines 1/2 cup of 1% milk can of cream of chix soup( yeah i know judy, should not be eating cream soup, LOL)
snack 1/2 oz cheddar cheese
Dinner 2 skewers of baked shrimp ( 10 pieces) two small tomatoes from my garden 16 oz bottle of green tea 10 pieces of yellow summer squash, which i breaded and fried in olive oil (evoo) a bite of cooked broccoli
after dinner two chocolate chip cookies not home made one cup of 1% milk
Exercise.. swam, or should i say, just sorta played in my pool for about 45 minutes
