I suggest taking 1/4 tsp of baking soda mixed in your water throughout the day and a 1/2 tsp in water taken with a fatty meal . Should do the trick.Adjust accordingly.I remember my Mom saying she had a sour stomach and she would take baking soda mixed in water.I actually like the taste.I carry a product in my purse that I pour in my water that I drink with my meals called Picot/baking soda and citric acid.
