And, I am LACTOSE Intolerable. I have LUPUS.
NOW! no more problems....because of this....I take 1 (one) capsule in
the morning by itself on an empty stomach with only a small amount of water and NO FOOD (that is very important). Then you must let it dissolve and take effect for 30 minutes or more.
ok? By itself, empty stomach, 1/3 glass of water, no food !!, 30 minutes or more. No food with this. Let it dissolve and get your stomach all set-up. NO FOOD.
You'll find these at any Walgreen's on the shelf at the back of the store. This replaces taking tablets with every bite, and no powders.
1 capsule in the morning and you're all set for the day. When you start this at the first 2 days, take 2 capsules on those first 2 days to "teach" your system what's going to be happening. Then only 1 a day thereafter. This is terrific. It's the answer to your problems.
ok? By itself, empty stomach, 1/3 glass of water, no food !!, 30 minutes or more. Again, and very important, no food with this. Let it dissolve and get your stomach all set-up. NO FOOD.
