Look long and hard at what you are eating. Consider going low carb and Gluten free for a few weeks and see it this helps. Also consider digestive enzymes to aid digestion. Do a raw food diet for a few days and then increase protein. Basically, detox and rest your GI tract then reintroduce foods and see what is aggravating you. I would just suggest a few things. First, eat real foods, raw veggies and fruits mostly! Bland foods, easy to digest. Little to no fatty foods and low carbohydrates (no bread or pasta, etc...) Get apple cider vinegar and add 2 Tsp to a glass of water and drink throughout the day. Green Tea would also be a good idea. I would also do both digestive enzymes and Pro-biotics (Lactobacillus= good GI bacteria) as a supplement for 4 to 6 weeks. Give that a try and let me know if it helps!!
