I am suffering from IBS for years now, and found that taken probiotics in the morning, helps me tremendous with all the cramps and bloating aassociated with IBS. My doctor also prescribe Librax when the cramps are really severe. Watch your diet 24/7! Caffeine, fresh fruit, fresh veggies all are real culprits for a IBS-patient. What can I do to up my intake of fresh fruit and veggies with this problem? IBS causes diarrea with me, not constipation, so fibre is also a culprit! Any advise?View Thread
I can understand what you went through, because, I've got IBS, but due to stress. Have you try Librax, from your doctor? Helps for the pain. Buscopan also helps for IBS pain. Hope you will get some good advice soon!View Thread
