I'm pretty sure I have IBS. About 2-3 years ago I started having MAJOR stomach problems. I have CHRONIC gas that doesn't pass on its own, bloating, constipation, diarreah and a lot of lower abdominal pain and cramps. I even have an acid reflux problem. I'm also lactose intolerant and even soy products give me stomach problems, so I use almond milk. (I'm only 18, and I'm pretty healthy minus my digestion problems) I've been taking Align, but I havn't noticed a significant change in my symptoms. My symptoms aren't as extreme as they used to be, but they are still there. And I want a probiotic that is worth the money. Align is expensive, and I'm tired of spending all that money just to relieve my sypmtoms 50%. Is there anyone with the same problems as me and found relief? I'm about to start college and would really like to get my symptoms under control before I leave my comfort zone. View Thread
