Do you eat a lot of sugar? This can irrate your bowel with more bowel movements, looser bowel movements and more ggas and cramps. The more bowel movements you have the faster your stomache will empty out making you hungry more often. Have you had your blood sugars checked ? when sugars get low or high some of the symptoms are hunger and headaches. Also irritability, shakes, I get it all. I am border line diabetic. If I really watch my diet these symptoms are under control and I feel much better. High fiber and protein every time you eat will help stabilize your blood sugars. I hope some of this helps. Good luck!View Thread
