I'm new to this sight but if anyone can help me I would be truly thankful. I've had acid reflux for about 12 years ! Seems to be worse when it's around that time of the month. I'm sure stress plays a factor. I feel such a heat up my throat and sometimes chest pressure from a build up of gas. It actually feels scary sometimes. I've tried ACV, DGL and recently ordered some Digestive Enzymes to see if that helps. When I go on the meds from the Dr. they always seem to attack my muscles after I've been on them awhile. I get bad pains in my arms or legs. I feel like I'm stuck in a circle. The Dr's meds help but I can't stay on them (nor do I want too) but I'm just not sure what else to do. If anyone has had true success with a home remedy, please let me know...Any help would be greatly appreciated ! God's BlessingsView Thread
