Thanks again ladies for all your heart and support. Sorry not more talkative on here lately but just really haven't been talkative the last 3 months. Still picking up the pieces.View Thread

Sorry I haven't been very talkative the last few weeks. So much as gone on.
So I just found out that my aunt ( dad's side) has stage 4 ovarian cancer. Now I have read alot about endo and the risks of some cancers. What I am wondering is what is the risk for ovarian cancer since I have endo? Any idea how or what I could do to figure out if I am at a higher risk?
Guess I am more in shock then anything.. Both sides of the family have breast cancer that runs in them.... dad's side has the ovarian and cervical cancer as well...
Other then the craziness of losing my best friend and now this. I think I have hit a point in my life where I am questioning every little thing. My endo has been very quiet since my surgery. My bowel problems seems to have finally fixed themselves for now. Pain with sex comes and goes. I am seeking some consulting for the grief of my friend so hopefully life will start getting back to normal soon.View Thread

So iui doesn't always work? How much did you spend on it? Did your insurance cover any of it?
As for the person responsible for my friend's death. The lord will not be allowing him through the gates. He took the cowards way out and killed himself.View Thread

I had my 6 week post op today. Well. My 1st doctor to diagnois me lied out of her teeth. Almost all of the report was wrong.
This time:
1. I have what my doctor would say is Stage 1 endo. I had only 8 eights of endo on the cul-de-sac area.
2. I had scar tissue on my bowels and few endo implants.
3, My tubes and ovaries look prefect.
4. Doctor found I have cervical stenosis. My cervix is closed too tight for anything to go in but little to come out.
Anyways. Has anyone ever had IUI for cervical stenosis? My doctor is saying that is my option for pregnancy.View Thread

I am 2 weeks post surgery. I am feeling good pain but I am having a few GI issues that are very uncomfortable. I go in tomorrow for my post op appointment. However I just found out it's with a nurse and I have wait atleast 4 more weeks before I can actually see the doctor. Wow.. just shocking that you would have to wait 6 weeks before you find out details from a surgery. Just wow.View Thread

I haven't gotten to the point of rectal bleeding yet but bm are still painful even after surgery. ( I am gonna give it time since it's only been 9 days since surgery.)
Please keep me updated.View Thread
