I am not circumcised.
Last night I received oral sex. This morning I noticed when not erected. My foreskin does not cover the head of the penis anymore.
Prior, I would have plenty of foreskin covering it erected and not erected.
Now the inner head is always exposed and I am uncomfortable. Even walking around if the inner head touches my underwear I feel discomfort.
I was not bleeding but I notice where the urine comes out, is a bit more red than other places... should I go to my personal doctor or find a urologist?View Thread
I'm eat healthy, exercise a lot, don't drink, and I'm not stressed.
Thanks for your feedback!View Thread
So I was trying some stuff, like breathing techniques and slowing down before I am going to blow my load, but whenever I am trying this, I am having problems keeping an erection. Also sometimes during sex I am having problems getting an erection, especially when being drunk, but I guess thats normal? For example with my girlfriend, we were trying to have sex but either I couldnt keep an erection up or I came to fast...
Right now I have no clue what to do, and this is really hurting me. Happy for any advice!View Thread

What I wonder is if ED reduces the size of an erection. I used to be 6 1/2 inches. Now I am 5 inches.View Thread
Problem: My wife hates the fact that I need medicine to help me. She distrusts conventional medicine anyway (and insists more therapy, dietary changes, etc. are the real answer), but also thinks I need the drug to be attracted to her, even though I've explained that's not how it works.
So, how do I talk to her about this? How do I persuade her that we should be celebrating the fact that I found something that works for me (not everyone does) rather than fighting about whether to simply accept this gift from God?View Thread
who can tell me how I can remain erect long enough to ejaculate or even
erect enough to satisfy my lady. Or is taking this medicine my downfall
for good. I've tried erection pills like viagra or cialis with no success.View Thread

The Doctor cleared me to start using the pump last week - first few practice attempts were excruciating (imagine your erection crushed flat in a vice) - but that supposed to go away with more practice.
Coitus is unthinkable. Afterwards pants are painful for the rest of the day, even with a jock strap (and I'm used to pain- seven major cancer surgeries (w/60 days in hospital in a year), chemo-radiation-chemo, my gall bladder, and two spinal surgeries for painful herniated discs...)
My Doctor recommends pumping up 1X a day until pain goes away (3 -6 months?), then eventually reducing it, but pumping up at least once a week.
I intend to find it usable in time. I'm going to go through this unavoidable pain until it proves itself, or at least six months. How long can I expect the daily pain regimen to go on before it gets better? Will I eventually get to the point of pleasurable sensation?
I'd like to hear from others who've stuck it out as to their experience with pain over time, any pain management tips, and how long it took to eventually get to successful results with their implant surgery. Did anyone eventually opt for removal due to pain - and if so, how long did you go before giving up?View Thread

My wife might be interested in intercourse if she noticed a firm erection (we spoon). I would be capable of intercourse if she was more cooperative but she has her own issues and nothing will change the existing circumstances.
I tried low dose Cialis daily and the results were not what I hoped for.
I take horny goat weed twice a day 3000 mg and it works as well as Cialis without any adverse side effects. I have a prescription for 20mg levitra. Taken in combination with the horny goat weed, there is a minimal improvement and it can interfere with my sleep.
The question I have is there a know negative interaction between horny goat weed and Levitra?View Thread
