I know i'm late, but would like you to know that, I had E.D. problems in my mid twenties, also. My E.D. has been caused, as determined by several doctors, to be from nerve damage. I had a herniated disc in my neck, and failed to get it fixed in time, and so, the nerve damage.
I have also read doctors articles right here on Web, who claim that men who ride bicycles may damage the nerves down there? Usually tho, they would have to be avid riders. I don't believe that you fit that category?
If I were you, I would go see the doctor!!! Yes, I have a woman doctor, also, and she was very professional about it. She will not have you take out your penis, or anything. She will, however, order blood tests. Depending on what is found, she may send you to an Urologist? That, is where they may have to examine everything? But take heart, they have done this thousands of times, and NO, they will not rate the size of your penis, they could care less!!! The only thing they worry about, and that you should worry about, is your health!!! GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR,NOW!!!
That is the best advice I can give you. I wish you luck!!!
I am so glad you are sleeping better. That is a major problem, especially for the younger generation. I have had a sleeping problem since i was in my early twenties, i am 53 now. I do remember how tired i was all the time. Then, i got used to it, and it has not changed. I have tried everything. Now i even have a sleep med. i take every night, but it does not help much.
I hope things work out for you, especially the ED.
I don't know how old your husband is? As men age, we sometimes experience a loss of erection. It could be many things, like stress, overthinking, overweight, diabetes, injury to veins, too many to list. Have him see his primary care doctor. And, if it so happens he has a sexual disfunction, have his doctor recomend he see an Urologist.
It sounds like there could have been some nerve damage, also? If thats the case, you may never get past where you are now? Hopefully, its not. Keep on with the excersizes, that is about all you can do, i think?
There is an exercise he could try. Have him stop his urin flow several times. Once he knows what muscles are involved, he can do that off and on during the day. (Not stopping his flow, just using those muscles to build them up.) Also, he could have you gently squeeze his member, just below the head, concentrating on the urethra on the underside of his penis. You may have to do this several times, but it will delay ejackulation.
