I am a 17 year old male with no health problems. Almost a year ago I first noticed a blind spot and distorted vision in my left eye. After tons of doctors they arrived at the conclusion I had CNVM. I was given two shots on separate occasions of avastin which helped the problem but I was left with a permanent scar in my vision. I have been going to appointments ever since to check up on it. 3 days ago they discovered there was new fluid in a different part of the same eye. I am going in tomorrow to get the shot again. I was wondering if the second time was just a horribly bad luck coincidence. I know it's rare to have CNVM in people my age so I don't think that it is a coincidence. Why is it happening again? and could it keep happening? My doctor wasn't so great in answering my question.View Thread
