I'm 75 and have PAD and Diabetes, among other health issues. I've been plagued with sporadic foot and leg cramps for many years.
I read another tip sheet earlier in the year that said to try drinking water at the time of the cramp attack (they occur in bed at night for me), and gulping 8 or so ounces has alleviated the cramp(s) amazingly fast. Hope it continues to work.
I don't guess it would hurt you to try it and see what happens, but that's up to you, of course. If you do try it and it works, I'd love to hear about it. Good luck to you!
