My Dr also told me I should start feeling better within a few weeks and as of yet I have seen no change. Can I still expect to feel better soon or is it possible I will not see a change?
A few weeks ago I asked a question about MCTD. Does vitamin D play a role with this also?
Thank you in advance for your time and answers.

You may have to watch your diet carefullly and if possible exercise more. Webmd has a good article on this:

Hope this helps,

I do think for some it is cyclical in nature but not for all.

Very sorry to hear about your Aunt, but she is no longer suffering. My condolences to you and your family and you will be in my prayers.
I wish I had suggestions for your troubles, but I don't unfortunately, all you can do is what you are able. Hopefully you will get some rest and feel much better very soon.
Big soft hugs back at you,

I am truly sorry for your loss and my prayers will be with you and your loved ones. What a blessing for such a peaceful passing surrounded by the ones she loved and who loved her dearly. God bless you and yours.
Gentle hugs,

I am disabled now but I remember what it was like trying to work through a severe pain day. If you can try standing for a while and moving around, that's what I used to do. Have you considered one of those chair massagers with heat. I had one at my desk and it helped somewhat.
Hope as the afternoon the pain eases for you and you feel much better. Take care.
Gentle hugs,

You sure do sound like you sure do have a lot on your plate. I especially want to commend you on kicking the habit for alchohol.
Now I don't do accupuncture but alot of the things you are doing are really good for FM.
I also don't know anything about Naltrexrone lol, but you should learn to pace yourself while working. I know sometimes there is deadline or you need the right lighting but you still need to take some breaks If at all possible.
Again welcome,
