Hi there....I've tried some herbal meds. but can never tell if they help or if it's the normal ups and downs of FM. I've had it for 20 years, along with depression so I take meds.. for both. I taka B12 B6, fish oil, cranberry, and a multi vit. What does the 5HTP do? I battle depression, pain and fatigue and am 68. I know I couldn't do what i used to do with 6 kids around. Thank goodness for my retired husband who takes care of heavy housework and the grandkids we sometimes have after school. Yes, I have my activities but sometimes it's a real effort to do them. Attitude makes a lot of difference but usually mine isn;t very good. My Dr. gave me a B12 shot a few months ago, then I went home and fell asleep. Crazy.View Thread
