Welcome to the board!
It sounds like you could have fibro but you have been seeing the wrong doctors. Have you tried a rheumatologist? He can diagnose you by using a tender point test. Tender points are specific areas of soreness in the muscles.
You might want to check out the "Member Tool Box" on the right side of the main page. Also there are some articles and resources.
Just to let you know magnesium is very good for muscle spasms.
