It sounds like you could have fibro but you have been seeing the wrong doctors. Have you tried a rheumatologist? He can diagnose you by using a tender point test. Tender points are specific areas of soreness in the muscles.

Just to let you know magnesium is very good for muscle spasms.
SSRI refers to a certain kind of antidepressant that works by increasing seretonin in the brain. Examples are Prozac and Zyprexa. The newer ones, such as Cymbalta, I believe it raises both seretonin and norepinephine (sp. ?).View Thread
Magnesium is my solution. I have never had to take muscle relaxants or pain pills. Magnesuim levels are often low in the muscles of fibros even if the blood levels are fine. I was in a lot of pain before I tried it, but now I am a lot better.View Thread
