My Story:
Hello everyone. I am new to this community even though I joined it a year ago! I guess I just wasn't sure what "My Story" really is. Anyway, I am now a 62 year old female who has lived with chronic pain pretty much all of my adult life. My diagnosis of Fibro was officially made about 40 years ago, so I have had a long time to learn to deal with it and all that is involved with it.

If I may offer a little advice, no matter what your age, ALWAYS continue to learn as much as you can about Fibro, do everything, and I mean everything, you can to live the best life you can, and never forget other people in your life and their problems. Use all of your resources... people in general, doctors, other Fibro sufferers, other experts, family, etc. for support.

And never forget ATTITUDE... it really does make a difference! God bless you each and every one.
