i have had a constant headache for over 10 yrs that turns into a migraine quite often . you can try and ride them out but its very hard.
its best to see a dr about it. . there are many new meds out that help blood flow thru the brain i have been thru it all. .
but it could be something more serious with it lasting that long . . i would suggest you go to the er if you can not get into your dr's right away. . they may want to have you get a ct scan to rule out anything more serious
hope you start to feel better soon

i had to ask my dw about this question. .
she tells me that when i first got sick i would not ask for help with anything. . im not sure if it was just male pride or the way i was brought up but i would rather hurt myself before i would even consider asking anyone. .
now she says i for the most part will ask but i still have the odd time where it bothers me. . i know my dw works hard at her job and then comes home and takes care of me so i do sometimes figure i should just do it myself. .
but she says that she can tell just by looking at my face what sort of day im having and she will stop me in my tracks if i try and do something that she thinks i cant handle. .
very good question and thought i would add a male point of view

you can send some of that warmth up this way. . it was down in the 55 area over nite and only getting up to 73 for our high today. .
not sure if it was the cold over nite but i got less than 4 hrs and am really sore this morning. . almost want to take my pills early but i know when i do that it sends my system way out of whack
anyway im gonna have my dw put the fan out on the porch and point it your way when she gets home from work. . lol. . thats the best i can do for ya. . lol. .
