I have had fibro for more then 25 years I could control it with Lyrica Nd Ultram or Tramadol then but now that I am older it has become worse I tried all meds like cymbalta, neurotic ,Lyrica and they all have bad side effects. I am. Nurse and have decided to go the natural way with herbs that have relatively any side effects.
I have found a website I like it is WholeHealth.com. On ther is a med called anti- inflammatory support ( most disease.s are caused by inflammation) I have been on it for over a month and have had only 1flare up and I think that was during the time when we had a weather change as the pressure does affect the body. I also use 5HTP to sleep at night ad 1Tramdol I don't have any side effects at all I don't feel drugged out sine this is natural . The only time you need to worry is if you are o. Coumadin a blood thinner. I hope this helps. other things that help are warm baths.pace yourself during the day, learn to say NO massages, hope you get some relief as we have to learn to life with it
I dint know if diet has anything to do withfibrombit I do know that if you leave the whites alone you are better of. No white flour, no sugar and no starches You just feel better.
Ai have been on anti-inflammatory natural med for over a month and feel better from my fibro I don't have the muscle pain anymore but did have my first flare up in over a month , it wasn't as bad as before I started the natural anti-inflammatory med. If you want to check it out go to (WholeHealth.com) they give you the break down of what all is in it. Hope this helps someoneView Thread
Thanks Dr P I am n the feeling worse group. I have been on the 3 most popular and have bad side effects so I have done research myself on fm So far what is giving me relief is SAM e, Antiinflammation pills from whole food, Ultrum and light exercise rest when my body says so When I overdue I know it. The rheumatologist says fm is caused by osteoarthritis I know diff. I have had @been diagnosed since the 90's I enjoyed your comments.View Thread
