We need more magnesium and MSM to help elevate the symptoms and RLs,sleep I take my reg. fit. But their is not enough mag. In it for us. Before bed take mag. MSM and calcium, it will take awhile but will help you sleep better and do away with RLS.View Thread
I have Has fibro for over 30yrs and you are on the right track I take St Johns and 5htp do the exercise and all one thing also has helped me is Tai Chi for beginners it has made a big difference , give it a try but you have everything right. We are the only ones that know how we feelView Thread
I take some herbal meds, St Johns Wart for your mood helps a lot . 5HTP helped me and traditional meds like Lyrica for sleep and Vicodin for the flare ups heat and ice when their is a swollen body part this helps meView Thread
This was truly beautiful and so true I have had this dis-ease over 30 yrs Nd have found you go on doing what you love don't let fibro take over your life and don't have a potty party, maybe with flare ups but that is it. The pain meds are our saviours that help us move ,helping others is the key ,get involved in others and you forget about yourself .View Thread
I stopped whole wheat ,whole corn ,nuts and seeds This has helped me with my intestinal problems and Fibro will affect all our inner organs especially the intestines as I was told when I first got this lovely disease.View Thread
I don't know why the FDA has to wait till someone dies from these drugs The Dr put me on both at different times for my fibro and my body told me I couldn't take them Now they are watching them GIVE ME A Break People its your body When you don't feel good on it DON'T USE ITView Thread
