The Lyrica is great. But I have been really forgetful and say thing's and have even found myself stuttering some! My kid's tell me thing's and I CANNOT remember them telling me. Didn't think about the Lyrica causing it. Guess I need to look at te side effects. But it has helped me so I will probably keep taking it. I hope you find a Dr. who will help you. Good luck to you!!View Thread
Hi everyone, Wow, never knew you were here. I have been diagnosed recently with FM and CFS. I am a 36 yr. old female and have been in pain for well over three years. At first I was told to lose weight and my pain would get better. I was about 5'7 and 160 lbs. But I lost the weight and am now at 128 lbs. Pain did not get better but worse. I was exercising alot and was exhausted and in pain. Then a new Dr. diagnosed me with EBV and bursitis. My whole body hurt! I was waking up crying because I was so tired. But I was not sleeping well at night. Anyway, I finally found a new Dr. and he was so wonderful during our first visit I cried. He actually LISTENED to me. I am on Lyrica for muscle pain and Nuvigil for energy. I feel alot better!! Still have bad day's but much better. Does anyone have problem's with confusing there word's? Saying thing's that make NO sense? And sometimes I can't even remember if I took my medicine. My memory is HORRIBLE. And sore skin? Like it's almost bruised? Mainly on my torso. But just to touch it is tender. Sorry Lot's of Questions!! Don't know alot yet. But I hate to tell people what I have because it feel's like they think I'm crazy.. Thank's for listening...
