About how much would you say your pain decreased with this stretching regimen? And thanks for sharing that! It seems that when I stretch it's the only thing that helps for the moment, but I haven't done much of it.
Has anyone experienced extreme charlie horses in their body? I used to always get them in my toes (even when I was younger), but these days they can happen in the middle of the night and simultaneously from my toes to my calves to the back of my thighs and even my butt muscles! Will stretching help that you think?View Thread
