My Story:
I am 36 and a mother of 2 and avid animal lover. I was diagnosed in 2012 but feel I have had FM since my early teens if not earlier. I have a number of other conditions including but not limited to, moderate/severe OA of the spine, cartilage deformity of the knees (I am knock kneed), insomnia and frequent migraines.

I have a number of hobbies including reading just about any type of books, sewing and crafting and doing word puzzles when my body lets me.

I am still trying to learn and accept my limitations. Often, I exceed them and pay for it later. Living with FM is a delicate balance and I have yet to find the happy medium between what I want to do and what my body will allow me to do. I come to this forum to learn what I can, to help when I can and to be as supportive as I can be.
