I also have Fibro and oesteo arthiritis so i know how you feel in the colder months , and how the work situation is, i was diagnosed 2 years ago, i had to give up my job because of it and haven't thought about going back to work since, as i know i will not be reliable enough for an employer to take me on. No matter how much i loved working, its the mission impossible.
I haven't given up on life, i just do what i can and when i can , it takes me longer to do as i just plod on as they say. some days i am unable to do anything and just sleep loads. This does my head in as i know life is for living and not sleeping but i listen to my body and know i am only able to do so much at any one time.
Hugs,

My city is kind off accomadating but some shops and stores over here in the uk are hard to get around , i either don't bother or i have to use a stick and walk around them.
I am starting to get used to living with my illness, but there is still no cure or a good pain relief for what i have.
So yes i consider myself as disabled , i am not what i was but i will adjust but may not feel as good about myself as i did before. It has been a major impact on my life and for others to accept, but i often look at others and how their disability is and think that there is always some one in a worse condition then myself and i am lucky in some ways not to be affected as bad as the other person.View Thread
