Cory - I am glad things are not as bad at work as I pictured.
I will still keep you in my prayers. I do like you do, I work slow but steady. I can usually get as much or more work done than my co-workers because they take a lot of breaks and talk a lot to each other.
Mimi - I really hope that it does not rain out your GD game. I know she will be disappointed if it does. I use to go watch my great nephews when they were 5 and 6 years old play T-ball. I think they watched the clouds go by more than they played! The coach was always telling them to watch the game. It was so much fun seeing them play. All the players were so small!
Mary - you sound like a talented lady. I wish I could paint. I can if it is paint by number! I do cross stitch. I hope your nap was peaceful.
Julie - where is paradise for you? I am from north Florida, a little above Panama City. I love the winters here, just not too crazy about the hot summers.
I hope everyone has a great day. Tomorrow is Friday! I can wait to have a couple of days off!
Soft hugs,

I wish I had some good advise about being sleepy. I have tried a lot of different things. I have drank coffee and diet Mountain Dew. Those drinks do help a little, but no much. I have tried eating something sweet, tried fruit and energy bars, but still no luck. I just usually have to wait for it to wear off by itself. Somedays I stay sleepy all day. My bigest problem is even if the sleepiness goes away, the extreme tiredness stays. I just have to pace myself at work, and I go to bed early to try to get extra sleep. If you discover anything that helps please post it. Good luck and I wish you all the best. The dragon is sometimes so hard to deal with. I am sorry you have to deal with it too.

I am doing much today. Monday and yesterday were bad days. Just going to Tampa (which is 5 1/2 hours drive) puts me into such a FM flare. Luckily today my head is clear, only my feet are still swollen and very painful. But not as mad as Monday. So I am grateful for any improvement.
Mimi, I was so excited to hear the good news on your daughter. Maybe things will be in her favor now. I am glad to see that you and your family are still cautious with this man. Sounds to me like he has lost more than a few marbles!
Linda, I am so glad you got a new dishwasher. We upgraded ours around Thanksgiving and I love it. It washes so much better than the one that came with our mobil home. I hope you get many years of use out of it.
Cory, I am sorry to hear things are so hard at work. I will pray that things get better for you. You seem to be such a nice man from reading your post. You do not deserve to be treated badly. I can tell you are a hard worker, even if you are suffering from pain. Please take care not to over do too much.
I hope the rest of the week goes well for all, Take care of yourselves and get plenty of rest.
Soft hugs to all,

Have you had a sleep study done? Maybe that could tell what is going on with the numbness. They put electrodes on all parts of your body and record what goes on all night. Maybe you could suggest it to your doctor if you have not had one. You are in my prayers. I hope you get some rest.

I made it back from Tampa. We had a good visit with our mom. My mom had a honey due list for my brother when we got there. So he got very little rest. Yesterday and today I am paying for the 5 1/2 hour drive there and back. Yesterday I was so sore and tired I could barely function at work. Luckily today I am feeling some better.
Mimi I am so sorry to hear about your daughter. I am praying very hard that the judge will hear her side today and charge that terrible man instead of her.
The weather here in north Florida is wonderful! We are in the 70's today. Just too pretty to have to work. But the bills need paying so I will just have to enjoy the afternoon. I hope everyone is having a pain free day.
Soft hugs to all,

Men do have fibromyalgia. We have men post on this board. Your husband does have symptoms of FM. Have him go to a Rheumotogolist (spelling ?). I think a neurogolist may be able to help also. Is there a way he can get an assistant to help take some of the stress away from him? I know our pastor uses the helps of the deacons. I will pray for your husband. Be sure to check out all the tips listed on the website. They will help with the pain. I find a heating pad under the lower back helps with the foot pain and restless leg syndrome. I also use Stopain Rollon that I got from Walmart. All these hints I got from this website. Only thing that helps with the tireness is to learn to pace and rest up and after a big event.
I hope this will help some and please let us know how your husband is doing.

My FM hit me hard yesterday. Extreme tireness and lots of pain. Restless night from the pain. Too tired to even sleep well. Woke up feeling miserable. I sure dread the 5 1/2 hour drive to Tampa, but I sure am looking forward to the big hug my momma is gonna give me when we get there. She is so excited we are coming.
Cory, yes I am a twin. I have always loved having a twin brother. I always had a play mate and I did not have to compete with him for boyfriends like I would if he was a twin sister. Just had fun watching him hit on my girl friends! We have always been best friends. We live together now. He is a much better roomy than my soon to be ex husband ever was!
Thanks for the kinds words from everyone. This is such a wonderful family to be a part of. You are all great!
Have a great weekend!

Beautiful day here. Such a shame to have to be working indoors all day. Luckily I do have a window in my office over looking the prison play ground. Sadly the children only viist on weekends, so I do not get to see them play.
I am leaving for Tampa tomorrow to spend the weekend with my mom. My twin brother is going with me. This is her first Mother's Day since my younger brother died in January. We do not want her to spend it alone. We are hoping to take her out for a nice dinner. We are going to cut her grass which has not been done yet this year. She is getting ready to move to an apartment so I am going to help her start packing things up. I just have to remember to pace myself, which is hard when you are trying to do so many things in a short weekend.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Mother's Day. I do not have children, but I do have niece's and nephews that always remember me on Mother's Day. I wish there was a holiday for aunts and uncles. There seems to be a holiday for everything else!
Take care everyone. Soft hugs to all.

I too forget my pain at times. But it usually reminds me in a big way when it comes back. It really makes me appreciate the pain free times. When I ran out of my medicine for a couple of days once, I realized how much it does help me. I try very hard to never let that happen again. I hope you get felling better soon.
Take care,
