Beautiful day here. The sun is shining brightly. Suppose to get in the upper 70's. More rain by this weekend.
I am sorry to hear that MiMi and Mary both had bad nights. I had a good one for a change. Only got up once to use the bathroom. My dog even slept thru the night for a change. I woke up stiff and can not seem to get rid of the stiffness. I can deal with the stiffness, as long as it does not turn into pain.
We are having a fun week at work. Celebrating nurses week a week late! Better late than never! Everyday someone is bringing in a treat for everyone. Yesterday was lots of candy and today is cake. I work in a women's prison in the medical department. I am a medical clerk. I love my job. It is the least stressful job I have ever had.
I hope everyone's day goes good. Please take a little time for yourself.

We are finally having sunshine! The weather is a little cool, but not bad. Just perfect for sitting out on the porch and feeling the warm sun on your face! We had a wonderful day Saturday. It was my niece's 35th birthday. We gave her a big party. My youngest great niece that is 5 years old, asked her how old she was now. My niece told her 35 years old. My great niece just looked at her and said, "you are gonna die". Well my niece just about fell over! Then my great niece said, "at least you do not have any wrinkles!". We all had a good laugh. Then for the rest of the afternoon my great niece called my niece "old lady". I did not dare tell my great niece I was in my 50's!
I hope everyone has a great week. Everyone is in my prayers.

Thanks so much for sharing your story on the bird! I had such a good laugh imaging you chasing the bird, and the part of trying to cuddle had me laughing hard! That is going to be a wonderful memory for you to think back on when times are bad. I may even have to think on it when I feel bad just to give myself a laugh! Once my two year niece (she is now 35) wanted to cuddle as I wanted to cuddle with my boyfriend. She would not leave us alone at all. She would point her little finger at us and tell us that kissing was not allowed! She was so adorable getting jealous that I was giving someone else kisses and hugs that she thought was should be her's!
Thanks again for sharing,

Over cast day here. Looks kind of gloomy. The weekend is going to be nice. I am looking forward to that. Mimi I am so excited about your granddaughter getting to stay all weekend. I know she will love it!
Cory, I am glad to see warmer weather has finally made it to you. I live in Florida so I actually dread the warmer weather coming. It gets so hot and humid here. Even in the spring. Lucily it has been pretty so far this year.
We are celebrating my niece's birthday tomorrow. She is turning 35. She thinks she is now old! I just hugged her and smiled when she said she was old now. We are all meeting at our favorite resturant. I think it will be a fun time.
I hope all have a wonderful weekend. Please take time to do something nice for yourself. You all deserve it!

Have you seen a doctor? This sounds like something that should be answered by a doctor. I know my legs hurt because I am overweight, I have FM, gout, and tons of different arthritis.
I also had knee surgery last November. I will pray for you. I hope you get your answer soon. Please keep in touch to let us know how you are doing.

We have not met. I am Debbie Brooks, soon to be Debbie Lewis. I live in north Florida. I am glad you are part of the family again. I have been a member for a little over a year. Everyone is so nice here and so helpful. I am so happy for you that you found a nice guy that loves you for you. Sometimes it is so hard to find those kind of guys. I am glad you got one. I look forward to hearing from you again.

Mimi I am praying for your family and you. I just know that thing will turn out for the good. All this extra stress is not good for you. Please remember to take good care of yourself. Sometimes during bad or stressful times we forget about ourselves.
We are getting ready for some bad thunderstorms to come in today. They said we may get hail and heavy winds. Hopefully it will not get too bad. I get to go see the Judge about my divorce May 22nd. I am excited to get this over with. My soon to be ex is now decided he wants our marriage to work. He is sorry for trying to find a new woman on the internet (the 33 year old that he left me for took his money and disappeared). I told him forget it, that our marriage is over. I am enjoying being single and do not want to go back to the way things were before.
I hope everyone is doing well. I truely enjoy being part of this family. It is so nice to have a place to go when you are sad, feeling bad or feeling good. Everyone understands what you are going though and does not judge you. I love it when someone writes something and I think, oh, I have that too. It makes feel like I am not alone in the world. Even tho I do not like the thought of others suffering, it does make me feel better know others are making through each day with the wrath of the dragon, and I know I can make it too. God bless everyone and have a good rest of the week.

The weather is overcast today. A small cold front coming through will give us a little rain.
Mimi - I hope your day is going better now. It sure looks like your grandson is showing his independence today! Probally later in the day he will want to be the baby again and be held!
You never know at this age. Last night my great niece whom is 5 years old was listening to a song. She declared how much she loved the song. The song was about being in love. I asked her if she had fallen in love with a boy yet. She looked at me, rolled her eyes up in her head and said, " I am only 5 years old Aunt Debbie." Then for the rest of night she kept giving me dirty looks. I guess I touch a nerve in her!
Linda - I hope your day with you husband is a nice one. I hope you get to enjoy some beautiful weather.
Cory - have you dug yourself out of all the snow yet? I was reading your post about a snow storm with lighting in it. I have never seen that or even heard of it. It sure sounds like a scary storm.
Angelswife - I hope you ankle is doing better today. It is so sad to read that it is injured. Please let us know how you are doing. You are in my prayers.
Everyone take care. Please take care and soft hugs to all.

Sure does sound like a day full of boo boo's today. I hope everyone will recover quickly.
Mary- I am glad to found a way to give your dog it's medicine. Just a suggest in case you need it, our vet had us put liquid medicine into a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. Our dog gobbled it down so fast! We now use icecream for all her meds.
Angelswife - I am sorry to hear about all the sprain ankles and your husbands concussion. It sounds like you have your hands full.
I hope every one has a good week. Take a little extra time to see the flowers blooming. They disappear so quickly!
Soft hugs,
