I have noticed that if I lay on my cool sheets on the bed that my itching gets better. If I get hot and sweaty, that my itching will get worse and start to burn. So I think your suggestion could be worth trying. I am going to try the ice next time I itch. Thanks for suggesting it.
I live in north Florida not to far from Panama City. We have wonderful winters, but very hot summers with high humidity. I have a hard time when it is so hot too. I find breathing is harder too. Luckily the place I work keeps the air conditioning running all the time. It gets so cold I have to wear a thick sweater all summer long! I freeze my DH at night because I love it so cold. He sleeps under two blankets and I sleep with a thin one! Good luck with the summer, I have a felling it is going to be a hot one.View Thread
