I was just diagnosed with diabetes a couple of days ago and a day later the Dr.'s office called to inform me that my triglycerides were so high they couldn't get a proper cholesterol reading. My Thyroid TSH is very elevated. I am taking this all so very hard, I think depression may be setting in. How did I get caught up in this whirl wind?!! My Fibromyalgia is now kicking in I am so sore and aching. I read somewhere a new study finds a connection between some of these issues and Fibromyalgia. Any thoughts or suggestions? Help I need some encouragement.
Sincerely,
Bumble MomView Thread

How can I thank you for all of this education!! You have brought me so much education and most of all encouragement!! I can't tell you enough!! I am so Thankful!! Thank you so much taking all this time to help me understand and to be able to move forward. I apologize that I hadn't responded sooner as it is taking some time to work on the emotional part of this. I know I keep saying this but Thank you so very much!!

I have been experiencing odd pain in my legs from the upper thighs down to my inner calves. It comes and goes in intensity almost like the beginning of a cramp that doesn't quite happen. I have had them somewhat before but they seem to be happening a little more often lately. Anyone experience this?View Thread

I am sorry about your pain too and I wish you the best!
I will try Vitamin D supplements and be very diligent about drinking enough water.View Thread

Pleasant regards to all! :0)View Thread

It is so frustrating because I am not able to keep up with my housework as I once did. A typical household chore that took me less than a couple of hours to complete now may take a whole day.
I was diagnosed in 1994 and have had only a few significant flare ups. This one seems to be worse and longer than any other. It couldn't be that I am getting older

I seem to have these cycles of pain, sleepless nights, anxiety, depression. Who knows which triggers which!
I am so glad I finally gained enough courage to join! I appreciate all your replies and suggestions which will try.
My wish for all of us who suffer from the pain;
Always try to keep a positive attitude as difficult as it may be sometimes....
and what my doctor told me when I was diagnosed......"You control it, do not let it to control you"
(I know easier said than done but it helps to keep in mind)
Support is key and that is what we are all here for!!!View Thread
