I don't think I'll make it through the day either.
KATMANDULOU- sorry you have these things going on. I put under tips a health site with a true/ false test on CFS. It said CFS could mimic MS and HEART FAILURE. I was stunned. Writing TI national Fibro to see if that theory is true. It might explain why I'm having various symptoms.
ANGELWIFES- my honey says I can't email you since the alert about phishing came up. He's afraid that company Angel talked to and got your info may have infected your hard drive and I'm getting all these alerts on the 2nd email and the first one says invalid. I don't know what happened but I miss chatting. The shawl is great. When my neck and head ache I wrap up like a turban:-). Very funny!
MIMI- hope your ok and still pushing vit D. I'll do a huge YEAH the day I get in a normal range.
EVERYONE ELSE- enjoy the warm weather if your getting it! Take care all sending a soft touch on the shoulder and smilesView Thread

If your husband takes YOUR pain Meds he's got several problems that I hope your not ignoring ??!
You've got to put on your stomping boots and step into action first. That means get some mental health and make sure your not having a bad reaction. You can call your drug store and find out if it's a side affect of anything your taking. Sometimes it takes a while to develope.
Try going for a walk or buy some birdseed and put it out. Just watch them briefly and breathe deep.
Your in charge of your well being. Goes double for the spirit. Make a list of what would you like changed and how do you do it. Take step one the next day. We can't let this illness beat us. There are so many fighting for life it's self. They would cry to hear you say you wanna toss it away.
If your religious reach out NOW!
You can come and vent or say I need help but when you say I want to die, well it's a new playing field. You can't count on your Spouse so help yourself. Shelter low income housing etc. sometimes truely alone shakes You up back to a stronger person.
May be time to hide your pain Meds. You share with no one!!!
I've pulled my kit out 2x and asked how could I get to this place? Dog saved me 2nd time.
We all understand your hurting but the ones who seem to feel the best are positive thinkers, strong and fighters.
Please join that group. Then you can help others right here with your results. A smile and hug for you. Do your best.View Thread
