I agree with Nancy. Get as educated as you can. I had to realize there were just things I could no longer do. There are also times that I think I am OK so I make plans and then I realize I can't do those plans like I wanted to. I do know that this can be very depressing sometimes. I take Cymbalta and it does help with my depression and it also helps with some of my pain.
I hope you are able to find your "limits." Just know that you have them and try to work around them. It doesn't make you any less of a person, it's just who we are.
I have been on Cymbalta for about 2 years. I can honestly say it has been a life saver for me. I had to be off it for about a month because of a surgery I had and I could totally tell a difference. It helps with my depression but also my pain. I would hate it if I had to stop it.View Thread
When I was first diagnosed I noticed how hot I was all the time. I don't just mean a little hot, I mean like I could walk around naked and still be hot It has changed my body temperature for sure.View Thread
