my doc gave me 300mg 3 times a day. I took 2 yesterday and this morning and it feels like a miracle! my hands and feet and spine and back and neck feel reborn. I think what you MAY be experiencing is the withdrawals off the Lyrica. I was on Savella for a short time and the withdrawals were like you describe. Give the gabapentin a try, I am just a bit dizzy but otherwise crossing my fingers. When did you go off the Lyrica? hope to hear back from you soon, fibro franView Thread

I never thought about that, thanks, about the breathing cut off??

Also for the fatigue others have given good advice. For me vitamin B complex is a must, you won't be running marathons but any improvement is worth it. It helps the brain fog. I started tramadol a few months ago and it's been a lifesaver, also only got 2 50mgs a day. Wish I had 3, that would carry me though the night and wake up better rather than the pretzel body pain thing first off in the morning. Best wishes, fibrofranView Thread

Started taking the 50,000 last week, one a week till I see doc again. Can you say about how long it took to feel any results and
what other changes did you notice? ANY advice would be most welcome,
thank you
