G'day, I have had post-traumatic fibromyalgia for nearly 15 years, have several of Mark Pelligrinos books but am struggling with vitamin supplementation. Is Epsom Salts as a drink a suitable magnesium supplementation? Also, in Australia, we have a product called Neurontin (Gabapentin). I am wondering if it might be of help in any way. Am managing the condition ok but suffer if I don't take ginko and brahmi, vitamin D and magnesium at least and want to know if there is anything else that might help make life a little easier.
