Lack of sleep and mania and just plain over spent... Yeh that's me in a Goofy looking Backpack... LOL... I would say handbag but I truly don't like carrying one lol... A backpack is mor my style... LOL... And being I have to carry a backpack for most everything I might as well utilize it insted of a clumzy handbag...

That was a stupid conversation... MMM... Wonder if I can improve LOL... Let's give the next paragraph another try LOL...

I am on my second maybe third load of laundry... I don't remember... I think it is the third in the drier and second in the washer... Yeh that's it and this is the dullest conversation lol... Oh well... Let's move on...

I am pacing... almost paced so great thru cooking I almost browned some of the waffles to almost a burn LOL... But actually only honestly burned the last batch... For some reason I always do... I just simply always burn the last batch... So nothing new there... I can't blame pacing... Just simply habit lol... LOL...

Getting worse huh...

I am waiting for the jerks to subside just a little more to bake the birthday cake... My meds are almost helping... Only a little more time I think...

MMMMM.... Drier just buzzed... Shall I ignore it... Shall I not ignore it... MMMMM... Me thinks me shall... Then again I would have to un-wrinkle clothes then... RUSH!!! RUSH!!! That's just too much work for the stupid chance of ignoring a buzzer...... MMMM... Be Right Back!!!!! LOL LOL LOL.....

Timer not ignored.... Body not totally screaming yet... Righteously it will later... MMM... Wonder if I can become on-conscious before the screaming proceeds lol... LOL...

Darn... Kill all the fun... Company to dampen my Goofy mood... Can't be goofy they say I am 2 then... Need to be grown up... What a bummer... Perhaps I shall become Goofy and return later.... Perhaps I shall...

For now I shall have my smiling face to greet them... My head on my shoulders... I shall act 55... Soon to be 56... and leave my adolescence behind... I shall tuck my 2 yr old here and return for her... DEAL... ??? ...

Oh well... I shall return...

Hi Jeremy1010... Welcome to our family... I could say everything Mimi has mentioned but that would be repetitious... LOL... I would like to add tho... We have a toolbox that is a bunch of messages written by members discussing what helps them deal with FM... You might be interested in them... Here is the URL to them...

It is always a great place to start...

Also... getting to know FM is the best defense for then you can truly accept life as it is with it... I think anyway... I I strive and struggle to accept myself and all my illnesses daily and usually moment to moment... I said illnesses for I have multiple illnesses... And as with just about everything... Acceptance is the key to my strength and maintaining the health I have... That and trying to maintain a positive spirit...
When it is damp and cold here... Which takes a lot in Arizona but it does get there... Like as of lately... I cuddle up with my heavy comforter and if I need 2 comforters I take the chance I can stand the weight of 2 upon my body... Or I pull out my heating blanket... I would like to get a water bed again... To stay cool in the 100 * weather and warm in the 40*... lol... But my other illnesses don't like water beds anymore... Bummer... LOL...

I also put Vicks Rub on the bottom of my feet... it helps trap the heat in my body... Works for me... May not for every body... But does me... I don't know why LOL...

A heating pad for those badly chilled spots... I can't seem to get my upper... Shoulders... And neck warm a lot... The heating pad does the trick... Also on my lower back... My hands... My chest... Those are my cold areas...

Warm tea or hot chocolate... I like herbal tea the kind that relaxes you... And Chocolate... Well Chocolate is my vice for all ailments lol... Gotta have my chocolate... LOL...

Actually anything to warm you inside out... Soups... Drinks... Etc...

Well Hun... I am going to take a cat nap before I have to get up and do dishes lol... Been pacing them off into the back field all morning lol... Sometimes I love this pacing bit lol... I didn't get sleep last night so I need a little rest... And I... Got a birthday cake to bake... And need a dose of energy... I am going to locate my comforter and get this chill off me... And come back to read more later...

Good morning Mimi and All... Trying to stay awake here... Now I am tired... My morning alarms are going off to wake me lol... Now there is no sleep for this wicked person lol...

Coming off a crazed Manic High... These highs have been so bad lately... Actually they are quite fun but the crash into depression is bad news... I seem to go quite lower then my normal these days... They took away my meds that were working great for me because they thought they triggered Parkinson symptoms as side effects... OOOPS... MMM... Come to find out... Wasn't the meds... Just following a few relatives and have Parkinson's Disease... So now they are still looking for the new magic... You know the magical pill to make mania all better lol...

LOL... Well... I got my son up for his long day... Now it is already time to get his young-un up... In half an hour he is off to school and Daddy is off to work... Then I have to bake a cake... My oldest is 36 today... And he wants me to bake him a cake... So no matter how I feel it shall be done... And I FEEL... LOL... Tonight after my son gets off work both sons are going to a birthday party for a friend of my youngest son's... Don't know yet if I will have 1 or 2 of the grandkids... 1 might go to Mom's... No communication yet...

I would like to carve his cake... I use to carve special cakes... Trucks... Boomboxes... Race cars... Dolls... Santa... Snowmen... Dogs... Cats... And not so "clean" things lol...
I was going to make him a clown but I don't have cupcake pans anymore... Altho.... Don't really need them if I get creative enough lol... His attitude has been bad lately... Maybe a clown would be fitting for him lol...

They were just beginning to talk FM when he stopped Doctoring... Due to no insurance... I pray he will soon have insurance... He just told me about that... I suspected that but was hoping it didn't get passed on to both of them... He is in so much pain already... His spine didn't grow right and he already can't work... He filed for SS but you know how that goes... especially for the young... It drives him nuts to be in such pain and want to work... It hurts him terribly to care for me and the kids... I haven't been able to help with the kids much lately... It has been hard on him...

Well... Enough rambling... I must be boring you silly lol... Don't you ever want to reach thru the computer and just say... "Shut up!!"... Oh yeh that is what they make back buttons for lol...

You all take it easy... Pace Pace... and Pace some more... As I will be doing when I finish here... The dishes are calling my name... LOL... I wish I couldn't hear them lol...

Tried to watch a taped movie... Usually puts me right to sleep... I wake up for every advertisement lol... NOT working... Tried to read a book... Couldn't remember the last sentence to get the flow... NOT working,,, Exercised a couple of times... OWEE.... Took a couple of relaxing showers.... Not enough hot water LOL... NOT working.. Played with my new Windows 8X phone... It died... Rotten battery life I mean to tell you LOL... NOT working...

So I come here to find refuge and hope to find something to settle this Parkinson's Rap Dance down... And MAYBE... Just maybe... keep me awake now for if I go to sleep at this time of morning I won't wake to my alarm at 5:30 A.M. ...

I have been reading out toolbox... Found it to be helpful and interesting again... Always something that grabs my eye... Triggers my brain... Just didn't stay long enough lol...

I have this phone program that is called "Evernote" I absolutely love it... I can create notes or take them off the internet... Saving URLs to the whole or just part of an article... You have a program on the phone and computer and sync them together... So you can read the website any time you want off line for it is on your computer and on your phone... Just downloaded Obama's Care Plan... It is over 900 pages long... I think over 970... but don't remember again lol... Darn FOG... I wonder how long it will take to read it and then read it to understand it LOL... But there is so much controversy about it I wanted my own opinion... From the real thing... OOOPS... Hope that isn't too political... LOL... I was just saying my App is awesome... I even keep my list of bills up to date and my shopping list LOL... I keep my med list by taking a picture of the list online at my pharmacy... Now ain't that too cool... lol...

Can you tell how desperate I am for something to do and someone to talk to... LOL...I am also trying to pace myself thru laundry... My son had a load in the washer and drier... So I took care of them and washed a load and ran out of time... Between 5 AM and 9 AM the electricity is on a high scale... then it is lower until 5 PM... Thru 9 PM... So I now can do nothing or pace thru the dishes LATER... LOL

I am going to mess with that program and save some stuff for a friend of mine about FM... She says she is in the dark... I told her to join the club lol... I also want to get the coffee on... 5:04 AM and I have been up way toooooooo long to be without coffee still LOL LOL LOL..

Think maybe I should take the advice of my oldest son and move in from outside too... Was over 50 * but now it is 41 *... NOT working LOL... He warmed the garage up for me... LOL...

I have to go kill these hick-ups lol... They be triggering pain those naughty naughty things... LOL...
