I'd like to ask those of you who are on 50,000 iu's of vitamin D whether you take a calcium supplement too.
My physican recently put me on 50,000 iu's twice a week and she mentioned I shouldn't take my calcium supplement. I asked her why and she told me because it wasn't good for the heart.
I've heard that vitamin D can up your calcium. Maybe I should go off of it for now?
