I had FM these past five years. I feel pain all over my body. What I find helps alot is daily warm showers and attending regularly tu hydrotherapy. Regarding work I used to work full time but 2 years ago I started working from home and now I am finding it very difficult to carry on working from home as it is very difficult for me to work for long hours on the computer,iI feel dizzy and my hand knuckles ache so much through keying in an usage of the mouse. i am trying to find alternative means to use my computer so that my joints ache less. I do understand your predicament.View Thread
