My sister and I both had bad leg pains as children at approx. aages of 10-12. What relieved the pain is we would sit on the ririm of the rub and turn on the hot water and have it run on our legs as hot as we could stand it. The pain was relieved within ten minutes. Now I am having severe pain on the outsides of my thighs. I have to get up, stretch, walk around and it eventually goes away within 10 minutes. If I am sitting up in bbed w/legs stretched out it doesn't happen, until I lay down. I aam going to try the hot water method again and see if it helps - you all might want to give it a tryView Thread
