I have tried several changes to my diet over the years, and was surprised at how much better I felt when I went on a low salt diet. I kept my salt intake down to 500 to 700mg a day and I felt so much better that I was able to stop my iburprofen for days. I have heard others talk about reducing sugar and carbs, and they help increase my energy when I do reduce sugar, but it also increased my pain and stiffness. Keep track of what your eating and see if you can find food triggers. What may work for one person may not work for another.View Thread
