Well, had my hearing this morning... And the judge was a jerk... He grilled me on things that didn't have anything to do with my case.. Like can you subtract these two numbers... I think he was trying to see if I was lying I had a breakdown in the court room however the voc rehab counselor only came up with two jobs that I could do telemarketing and receptionist however, the judge asked him if I was to be absent would that be tolerated and he said no your honor she would be fired!!!! Then my attorney fired back and found out that he was using data from 2007 he asked there are two million jobs that have been lost why isn't he using correct data....
So, needless to say it was the most awful thing for a person to go through and on top of that I was in a flare.... I told the judge my memory is a lot worse and at times I have been suicidal, felt like a burden to people and extremely depressed and have anxiety so, he didn't give me a answer he said he will be in touch which he has 60 days to mail a letter... JUST GREAT!!!!!!! More waiting hopefully this is the end its out of my hands now...
The judge did say a comment to me which I nor my attorney liked at all... He said you do realize some doctor's don't believe in this... Sent me through the roof.. However, I remained calm and answered yes unfourntely your honor that is what we have to go through is a lot of discrimination of doctor's don't believe in us...
I did the best to answer and be as truthful as possible so, hopefully he sees that... He tried his best to trip me up into lies however, some things I didn't remember and I told him my memory hasn't been doing well these days... Like I can walk into the kitchen and forget I left the water running and go back into the kitchen and see the water was left on...
I was a complete mess after court couldn't stop crying.. NO ONE should have to go through this have to fight for money that is rightfully ours..
I will keep everyone posted of the outcome....
Have a nice evening FMILY

I just read this and thought I would respond.. Hi I am Rozzy and you and I got diagnosed right around the same time. Well let me tell you I was separated from my company while I was on short-term trying to figure out what was wrong with me..Well, I applied for my SSDI got denied hired a attorney and to my surprise my case is going in front of the Judge on August 20th now, I applied for mine in April 09 I believe so that is only 16 months that I had to wait.. I was shocked because I had prepared for it to be a longer wait.. I live in Phoenix, AZ so, keep the fight up it may be sooner than you think don't give up...
It was nice chatting with you and don't hesitate to ask me any questions you would like I will do my best to answer them..
