pain meds. don't really seem to help, yet I've gone without, then decided well, guess they do help a bit. Same thing with the anti-deppression medicine. Was going great, then had a crash, haven't been back to great yet.
so, it's to the point what do I expect? I know I will always be in pain, thinking the doctor doens't have anything else they can do.
Yet, I have not her issues, knees, shoulder, weight problems etc.
so, maybe if and when I get some of these taken care of, I might be in less pain.View Thread

We're still working on my depression, doctor wanted to increase my cymbalta, iinsurance company threw a fit, said the cost was too much. so, the doctor figured out another way of doing it,
sadly, I don't feel any better, but it's only been 6 weeks,
so, in my case, it's the insurance (which is one of the kind that is based on a sliding scale through the hospital.)
or the doctor.View Thread

one thing I"m wondering,
what good does it do to find out if you have this or that, or all of them?
doesn't change anything,
all are somewhat similar,
so, coping skills, some meds. etc.
are just about all there is.
guess I'm feeling down, so what if I've CFS, or FM, or OA, ETC. doesn't change how tired and depressed I am.View Thread

I need to learn coping skills.
easy to say, try it sometimes
when you've had an extremely painful week of pain, along with , sleepless nights.
You'd think, they'd at least give me some type of pain medicines for my torn rotator cuff.
sheesh,
It's not like I've even did anything abusive with them.View Thread

That is, every day is the same old pain.
no let up, no changes.
same places etc.
so, I'm not sure if I want to continue daily.View Thread
