I've tried steam rooms, suana, and the pool, sadly where I swim, the pool is to cool. so bummer!View Thread

so think, yeah, at 30, I"m considered normal, yet again, it's at the very low normal. I know how much better I felt when I had been able to get my Vitamin D level up around 50 or higher,
when I first found out that I had a low Vitamin D, was when I was working at a dairy farm, I was in and out of the buildings all day long. When tested my "D" level was 11,
I'm also fair skinned, 15 mins in the sun and I"ve already starting to get a sun burn. bad part is, it doesn't turn into a tan. So, I don't want to be out in the sun, getting a sun burn in just a few mins. isn't any fun., I never get enough of a tan so that I'd be comfortable outside for long length of time.
hence me not argreeing with the doctorView Thread

I tried arguing with them, but no go.
I'm trying to take a daily Vitamin supplement twice a day just in case.
I know I don't get out in the sun enough, even when I did my D level was terribleView Thread

me, who used to stay in the tub a couple of hours reading.
now can't do the tub thing, and the reading is slowly but surely going down.View Thread

Yet, they charge something like $2.00 each visit. Doesn't sound like much. Yet, going three times a week, for months can add up.
So, it's a choice to do this, or put gas in my car, or pay other bills.View Thread

I'm going on Jan. 5, 2011 to see the pain doctor.
There's got to be something that I can do to keep warm when I HAVE TO GO out.View Thread

I am now taking 2 anti-depressants and a muscle relaxer at bedtime.
Since it's so cold, and I"m in and out of the car before I can get warmed up, I feel like I"m in a flare all the time.
I'm going to ask my pain managment doctor what I could do about this.
it's impossible to keep from having these transitions of warm-cold etc.
What's a body to do?
Dress warm, but, it's very cold!View Thread
