it isn't so much that I don't believe the doctor, it's that I've been told that normal "Vitamin D" should run between 30-100.
so think, yeah, at 30, I"m considered normal, yet again, it's at the very low normal. I know how much better I felt when I had been able to get my Vitamin D level up around 50 or higher,
when I first found out that I had a low Vitamin D, was when I was working at a dairy farm, I was in and out of the buildings all day long. When tested my "D" level was 11,
I'm also fair skinned, 15 mins in the sun and I"ve already starting to get a sun burn. bad part is, it doesn't turn into a tan. So, I don't want to be out in the sun, getting a sun burn in just a few mins. isn't any fun., I never get enough of a tan so that I'd be comfortable outside for long length of time.
