What are they? They are usually rubbery tubes with handles on each end. That's resistance tubing. A resistance band is specifically a long sheet of a rubbery material for use in yoga and similar activities. You grab it on both ends and pull, optionally wrapping it around your body in various ways. The exercise tubing I got has a variety of colors, denoting the weight, and they can be attached to handles, a leg strap, or a door for a variety of exercises. You can clip several in parallel if you need more of a challenge and tailor them to various exercises to work your whole body. I can find a starter set on ebay or amazon for about twenty to thirty dollars. They are lightweight and portable, great to take anywhere.View Thread
