Well i guess i should start with my stats. I'm a four foot nine, female with about 5-15 lb to lose and toning. I'm ex military so i appreciate a hard work out with high intensity. I tried doing Zumba with my sister and found it left me bored and disinterested and class time hours were hard for me to meet due to my work hours being atipical. I have an old friend who said i should try Insanity as it would give me that high intensity workout I'm looking for and i could do it from home with no equipment needed so here is my question. I have looked at all the reviews and while i am seriously tempted i'm wondering if I am going about it all wrong? And if i need to get in the best shape of my life before starting? acording to some, no. But others make it sound like it will be inpossible if i am not, but they preach a diffrent product and i feel like im talking to a used car salesman. I am not in the best shape do to slacking off after i left the military so what would you suggest?View Thread
