everytime i go to the bathroom (sometimes i have to go sometimes its just for a break) i do 25 squats or 10 to 12 lunges per leg or wall pushups--just keeps the blood flowing sometimes (depending on how much water i consume) i can do over 100 squats, lunges or pushups in a work day!View Thread
