In my classes we do an exercise of 10 repetitions of "launches". From a sitting position with a pair of dumbbells at our sides we stand, lift the dumbbells to our shoulders and then push them overhead (one side at a time), return to the starting position and repeat 10 times. Have a rest till breathing normal, then repeat for 5 lots of ten. You may have to raise the level of your chair with cushions to give your legs a good start.View Thread
