I was reading a slideshow by WebMD about building certain muscle groups. When I came upon the chest portion there wasn't much info as far as exercises go other than the bench press. Within the article regarding the bench press it say that it works the entire chest and no other variations are needed for building your whole chest. It brought some speculation because when I have read forums around the web it states that either a variation of exercises are needed or the bench is not as effective as stated. What do you guys think?
Whats going on Rich? I usually work out Monday through Friday after work for an hour, but since I have the day off I will be working out in the morning and possibly getting out to play some basketball. I usually run about two miles prior to my workout in order to achieve my cardio goal but being that it becomes mundane I like to switch it up from time to time. I may also do a little swimming, getting the best of both worlds for a hot day. What about you?View Thread
